when these helpless people reach their desired goals by losing 10-15 kgs ..thy’ll again start eating like swine nd swell back …. people r here ARE DESPERATE ….. Venu don’t give us very low calorie diet and intense workout but he shows us right choices to make in our daily life which automatically results in fat loss and muscle gain so gaining of weight by following his diet is out of question when you start following his diet you feel eating apple feels good then eating a doughnut and moving is fun then laying in front of computer and television.I read lots of books on weight loss and muscle gain like very famous book of Trainer Tom Venuto “burn Fat Feed Muscle” and more than 50 famous books on same topic and guess what after checking out diet and exercise plan of Sir Venu I realised that it was summary of all the material I read.He may not have degree of medical dietition but he do have 27 years of experience under his belt and they say experience is greater than knowledge.So stop being negative and rude.
