this thought itself is injurious to health..
how can u expect chocolate’lovers’ to say bad abt em chocolates r anti-depressants…depression is injurious to health we all know…so da equation goes like this:
have chocolates = feel happy = stay healthy watever be the results of eatng chocolates….i m nt gonna stop eating them…….i jst lv them…my first nd last crushhhhhhhhh CHOCOLATES……nothin’ is as delightful, n, sinful as them….it’s my tonic that pulls me out of depression n bad mood……doesn’t let me down when i need to be happy n smile a lot…..CAN SURELY BRAND THEM AS A GOOD FRIEND!!!!!!!! chocolates r so tempting tht cannot b avoided
it’s gud 4 health as it makes u feel better always even if ur mood is off!!!!!!!!

Losing weight is the most easy thing ….ur taking advantage of desperate people …..
suggesting people a diet is not a grt8 job .!!
when these helpless people reach their desired goals by losing 10-15 kgs ..thy’ll again start eating like swine nd swell back …. people r here ARE DESPERATE ….. Venu don’t give us very low calorie diet and intense workout but he shows us right choices to make in our daily life which automatically results in fat loss and muscle gain so gaining of weight by following his diet is out of question when you start following his diet you feel eating apple feels good then eating a doughnut and moving is fun then laying in front of computer and television.I read lots of books on weight loss and muscle gain like very famous book of Trainer Tom Venuto “burn Fat Feed Muscle” and more than 50 famous books on same topic and guess what after checking out diet and exercise plan of Sir Venu I realised that it was summary of all the material I read.He may not have degree of medical dietition but he do have 27 years of experience under his belt and they say experience is greater than knowledge.So stop being negative and rude.

all thy want is fat loss nd thy try everything thy lay their hands on .. …
